Jolt By Phil Cooke (Review)

Jolt!

I recently had the opportunity to read and review "Jolt" written by Phil Cooke. Since I am a bit of an entrepenaur myself, things change a lot for me. Sometimes change is not easy either, but I do beleive that everything happens for a reason. In this book, Phil Cooke talks about change and I can relate. If you are someone who is at an impass in life, or in between jobs, I strongly suggest you read this book. Although it's not a "tell all answer guide", it is an informative book written by someone who was forced to experience change, and to do something about it.
I think this book is well written because the author gives examples of his own life and obstacles that he has had to overcome. It makes it easy for the reader to relate to the book and the author on a more personal level. Sometimes changes are expected, and sometimes they are put on us out of no where.
This book is not a typical do this or that book. It merely suggests and explains about the authors experiences, what he did to overcome them, and how he felt after.
There is a lot of useful information in this book, and it also offers ideas on how to change, and for the better.
Go ahead, give it a try! I'm sure you won't be disapointed :)

I was given this book free for the purpose of the review by booksneeze.com however, all opinions expressed are mine and mine alone.
